Prepare a paper in which you summarize, analyze, and reflect on the Filippov et. al. (2015) article (see attachment). Arrange your paper into the following main, titled sections (You may create additional titled sub-sections within these main sections):
- Introduction (explain the purpose of the paper and how it is arranged in this section);
- Summary of Article (provide a summary of the article in your own words);
- Literature Review;
- Analytical Model;
- Data and Methodology;
- Results and Analysis;
- Conclusions.
In each of sections 3-7 summarize that section of the article, reflect on what you learned from it, and discuss how the information could be helpful if you were to find yourself in a professional situation in which you were managing a portfolio of projects.
Support your paper with a minimum of three (3) external resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
