persons under correctional custody or supervision. You should cover both sides of the issue in your analysis. The paper must be typed, double-spaced, 12-point type size, with margins of 1.0 inches top and bottom, and 1.0 inches on sides, and 2000 words, excluding the title page and bibliography. The paper must include at least 10 sources from cases, peer reviewed journals or law reviews, and books.
