Transformative learning theory and   Experiential learning

· Transformative learning theory says that the process of “perspective transformation” has three dimensions: psychological (changes in understanding of the self), convectional (revision of belief systems), and behavioral (changes in lifestyle). Discuss one example/dimension from your educational experience, and to include what was the role of the educator.

·  Experiential learning is any learning that supports students in applying their knowledge and conceptual understanding to real-world problems or authentic situations where the instructor directs and facilitates learning (Wurdinger & Carlson, 2010).  Tell me about a time, where you taught a real world problem to students or experienced a real world problem in a classroom setting. How did you/or how did the instructor facilitate learning?
