RI plans to continue offering monthly face-to-face meetings but would like to add additional, ongoing opportunities for customer service representatives to collaborate with one another, find answers to frequently asked questions, as well as access a growing collection of electronic reorder_sources regarding products. Its success depends upon a highly-trained force of soldiers who commit to attend face-to-face training sessions one weekend per month and two additional weeks per year. NG would like to offer additional training modules that soldiers could complete at their convenience when not attending the required face-to-face trainings. Soldiers will receive additional compensation after completing a particular number of optional training modules, so tracking of learner progress is very important. While the modules should be self-paced, soldiers should also be able to network with one another.
