The paper will be graded based on the following guidelines:

Entrepreneurial Thinking (20%)
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking by identifying key examples of the topic. Use cases and or references to enhance your paper. Use reflection to develop insight into the topic.

Content and Development (60% points possible)
• All project components are addressed in the paper in a substantive way.
• At least four recent references are used.
• Major points are stated clearly; are supported by specific details, examples, or analysis; and are organized logically.
• The introduction provides sufficient background on the topic and previews major points.
• The conclusion is logical, flows from the body of the paper, and reviews the major points.

Readability, Style, and Mechanics (20%)
• Paragraph transitions are present, logical, and maintain the flow throughout the paper.
• The tone is appropriate to the content and assignment.
• Sentence transitions are present and maintain the flow of thought.
• The paper, including the reference page, follows APA guidelines for format.
• Citations within the body of the paper follow APA guidelines.
• Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation are followed.
• Spelling is correct.

The paper will be turned into turnitin.com. There is a tab available below for posting your paper.  In addition to the paper, you will then provide a power-point presentation deriving the main points of your paper and it will be posted on the discussion board. (similar to the group project’s presentation.) You will find a dedicated place to post your slide presentation.The final paper is due through turnitin.com by Feb. 28th. Once you post a paper, prior to the due date, you can’t re-post unless I remove it on my end. I would recommend that you make sure the paper is exactly how you want it to be prior to posting. Grammar, punctuation and APA formatting are heavily graded on the final paper. As MBA students, we should all be at a level of submitting properly formatted papers. Each year I have one or more students who do not know how to properly cite papers. Search for an APA guide and use the 20/80 rule, which is 20% citations and 80% in your own words. Please take your time and really create a paper you will be proud of.
