Completion of Entrepreneurship Project
Stage 5: Scaling and Harvesting the Venture involves completion of the Entrepreneurship Project. Develop a formal mock exit strategy to include in your project. Think of how you would exit the company that has been such an integral part of your work life.
Compile Stages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 into one document, which will be your final report on developing your company. You can use all the work you’ve developed and acquired leading up to this point from your prior weeks. However, make sure you prepare a concise and well-organized and written document that addresses each of the topics: Conducting opportunity analysis, Developing the plan and setting up the company, Acquiring financial partners/sources of funding, Determining the resources required and implementing the plan, and Scaling and harvesting the venture.
Make sure to incorporate any edits/suggestions from the instructor.
· Your report should be 8-10 content pages, not including title page, abstract, or references.
· APA 6th format is required, typewritten in double-spaced format (Arial 12-point font or Times New Roman styles), page margins Top, Bottom, Left Side and Right Side = 1 inch, with reasonable accommodation being made for special situations and online submission variances. See template from Week 1.
· In your report, make certain that you include at least four (4) outside references
