Come up with a research study, not the one you are currently plugging along studying, but another one, perhaps one that might spiral off of the one you are looking at now (based on a confirmation of your hypothesis(es)) that you can employ mixed methods design. Be specific about how you are approaching it AND give at least an overview of your data analysis approach.
