Create an account, and sign in. Start by selecting “New Decision Project.” Select a hypothetical decision (Analytic Hierarchy Process, Quick Ranking, or Demand Manager). Click “New Decision” below your choice and name your app. Try the other two types of decisions.
In a Word document, write a paragraph that describes a fictional, but realistic, scenario in which you must make a decision. Use one of the TransparentChoice software apps to help you make your decision. Include a description of how the app helped you make the decision.
Insert at least 3 screen shots in a Word document to verify that you have explored the software.
In a second paragraph (no more than one brief paragraph), state the category of stakeholder* that will benefit most from your decision and how the decision will impact that/those stakeholder(s).
