Imagine that you are a consultant hired to evaluate the culture of your organization (or another organization with which you are familiar). After reading this chapter and the other resources for this week, write a report that compares the cultural values of your selected organization with the work of Kohl and Hofstede. In your report, be sure to: •Describe the organization and the work it does (you do not have to name the organization or any identifying characteristics); •Explain each of the 13 values suggested by Kohl’s •Describe with specific details how each of the 13 values is reflected within your organization •Explain each of Hofstede’s six value dimensions •Describe with specific details where you think your organization’s culture fits along Hofstede’s six value dimensions •Evaluate any cultural challenges you identify through your reflection on your organization.
