Write an essay about the relationship between Race and /or ethnicity issue and the television history by referencing the attached reading. This is not the same as a reading response, in which you describe the argument of a reading. Here, you should use the readings and screenings to argue a position of your own.
Aim for a thesis that is not so obvious as to be self-evident but not so obscure that you have no chance of being persuasive.
Provide a description of what other research would be necessary to persuasively argue your thesis, if you were to expand this into a full-length (20ish-page) research paper. (This is why your thesis is preliminary.)
