Summary

In the first stage, the planning of the whole project will be done. This will involve establishing how many people are needed, what needs to be done and any other resources or materials that the project manager needs to run the project effectively. After effectively procuring all the materials needed, the project team will proceed to implement it, by selecting the needed home-based coders, appraising them on their responsibilities, and issuing them with the resources needed for them to work properly. Having achieved this, the team will then embark on the training of the team, in conjunction with existing coders. An alignment of the department’s job flow will also be conducted during this stage.

After this, the project manager will establish a month-long monitoring program to ensure the project is working as expected. The project manager is also expected to address any issues regarding the availability of resources, as well as legal and security issues encountered by the team. With the successful implementation and monitoring of the whole process, the project manager will bring the project to a close. Project team members will be reassigned to their old departments, though if need be, some can remain to continue support for a definite amount of time, to be agreed upon at this point.
