Analyze your company and research a passionate leader

Reflect on your company’s mission statement and determine if your company’s actions align with the concept of the “golden circle”.

Identify a passionate leader and through research determine how that leadership style impacts the organization.

Watch the Simon Sinek video on How Great Leaders Inspire Action (found on the Multimedia screen). According to Sinek:  “inspired leaders and the inspired organizations — regardless of their size, regardless of their industry — all think, act and communicate from the inside out.”  Thinking critically and analyzing your Mission Statement, do you believe your company “acts from the inside out”?  Write at least one paragraph explaining why/why not you believe your company acts from the inside out.
