Imagine your team works for a community counseling agency, and you have been tasked with creating an educational brochure on how psychotropic medications work within and affect the body. The purpose of the brochure is to help counselors explain this process to their clients.

Create a 6-panel brochure on basic pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics. Include the following:

•Describe how psychotropic medications affect neurotransmission in the brain.

•Describe how the medications are absorbed in the body.

•Describe the process by which medications get into the bloodstream and are distributed to different parts of the body.

•Describe how medications are eliminated from the body.

Include pictures and graphics as appropriate.

Include a minimum of 3 sources.

Format any citations within your brochure according to APA guidelines.
