In your Final Project, you analyze and assess the following areas of

the organization March of Dimes based on the processes and principles related to human resource management in a government or non-profit organization:

· Mission and goals of the March of Dimes

·Applicable legal and ethical codes

·Diversity considerations

·Labor unions, privatization, and outsourcing

·Recruitment and selection methods

·Compensation and benefits

·Performance management and development

·Opportunities, challenges, and trends

For the sections provide your analysis and assessment based on the processes and principles related to human resources management.

The Final Project is submitted in two parts in Weeks 7 and 10.

Please refer to these weeks for additional information about the requirements and submission details.

· Week 7: Submit an outline and annotated bibliography of a 3-4-page outline and include 3 annotated bibliographies with a list of the remaining seven in APA- reference format.

Week 10: Submit the final Project. You Final Project must demonstrate both breadth and depth of knowledge and critical thinking appropriate to graduate-level scholarship. It must follow APA guidelines and free of typographical, spelling, and grammatical errors. The project should be 15 pages in length (double-spaced), not including the title page, and must include the course resources and at least 10-12 peer reviewed scholarly references taken from the Walden University, which cannot be no more than 5 years old.
