The project will give you the opportunity to analyze, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies of a new product development in a well-known company. You pick the product and the company, but there must be enough data to evaluate the company and the industry. You need to have in your project: a) The industry analysis b) Company SWOT analysis and why you think that the product will success in that environment. c) A detailed marketing plan in which you can develop your marketing strategies in the marketing mix.
