1. Select an organization that you are familiar with. It can be the organization you currently work for or one that you have worked for in the past. It could also be an organisation that a friend or family member works at. 2. Describe the characteristics of the workforce and the level and types of diversity in the organisation. 3. Describe the types of diversity management strategies that the organisation employs. If the organisation does not have a diversity management strategy, explain why this is so and suggest some ideas for designing and implementing such a strategy.
