4.4 – Assignment: Student LPI Submit Assignment Due Sunday by 11:59pm Points 100 Submitting a file upload Read Leadership: What People Do When They’re Leading on pages W-10 through W-11, then read how to complete and score the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), pages W-11 through W-27, and finally complete the LPI and record your Student LPI scores. For the LPI, you are asked to self-rate yourself and then find five other people to rate you. Instead of five people, only get ONE other person, a friend or your spouse, to be the LPI-observer of your actions. After you interpret your scores and compare your scores with the LPI-observer, then complete the Summary and Action-Planning Worksheets. Write a two page paper on what you learned about yourself, the interpretation of your ratings with the LPI-observer scores and what action-planning you will do to meet the leadership challenge. The assignment paper requirements are: •two-page paper, not to include title page or references •Times New Roman, 12pt •double-spaced •title page containing student name, module number and title of assignment All sources should be cited using the American Psychological Association (APA) style and format.
