You run the IT Department of a 3,000 person Company with five business units.  The CEO has decided that in order to improve morale and attract millennial talent, she wants to allow for telework (working from home) on a regular schedule for 2,500 of those employees as they and their positions are deemed able to effectively perform their work in that manner. 

From the IT Perspective, the changes being introduced will create changes to many models of delivery and support, your job is to provide at a minimum but not limited to:

Service: Allowing telework for 80%+ of the workforce – also don’t forget about the 20% that will remain in office!

Rules of Engagement:

The perspective should be from the head of the IT department and for the purpose of explaining how you will bring in this new service and what aspects you’ll work as part of that service introduction into operation.
