1. First you have to make agenda of 2 days (for this you will get an example on google, in table format, showing with time all discussion done in this 2 days).
2. Than you have to make a list of stakeholders involved in the value study and their functions in 2-3 lines for each stakeholder.
3. Explain what is value study and where it is been used in the project lifecycle.
4. Now you have to make JOBPLAN. (I have attached a value engineering jobplan pdf. For your information, refer it thoroughly)
There are 6 phases in jobplan: information, function analysis, creative, evaluation, develop recommendation and presentation (refer VE jobplan pdf. For more information)
5. Explain what is value engineering.
6. Explain relation of value engineering with RIBA stage 4.
7. senerio 1: have to show increase in functions by decrease in cost.
Than explain benchmarking we did in BCIS (you will get this from our excel sheets given before)
Than explain cost dominant elements (from our presentation file) and give the final solution as floor finish by showing matrix (from our presentation). Mosaic flooring is the final solution
8. senerio 2: have to show increase in functions by increase in cost.
And give the final solution as substructure or roof by comparing the base project with the BCIS projects.
