Choose a volcano found on other bodies of our solar system from the website below. Describe the volcano and its type, list its location and provide an example of a similar volcano here on Earth. Where might the extraterrestrial volcano be found if it was on Earth? After you respond, review the responses of at least two other classmates and provide input on their answers.
The lab introduction will give you some guidance in this.
500 words Human Resources class
To advance thinking on trends and primary roles in career development, the discussion this week sends us to the library to seek out resources that we can identify and share. There are two parts to this week’s discussion:
- Identify three scholarly journals that contain studies on careers, career development, or career management. Consider that journals related to training and development may be good sources as well as those that are more obviously related to the field of careers by their labels.Post the three scholarly journal names in the discussion board
- From one of the journals, choose a study on some career-related topic that was conducted within the last five years. Develop a PowerPoint presentation with five slides only that include:Slide 1: Title page with APA citation, your name, the university name, the name of the course, and the date
Slide 2: The purpose of the study; what the investigators intended to do
Slide 3: The type of study that was conducted, including how the data were collected, who and how many individuals or organizations participated in the study, and the geographic location or other pertinent information
Slide 4: The results of the study; the information that the investigators discovered
Slide 5: How you might apply the findings from this study to your exploration of careers and career development (if you found no applicability to your exploration, explain why the information was not relevant) (career in Criminal Justice)
The PowerPoint presentation should include bulleted lists rather than long text, font no smaller than 20 points, and be free of grammar and spelling errors.
