You will describe “at-will” employment, explain limitations on employers under the Americans with Disabilities Act, articulate the requirements of employers to be in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and describe the limitations and delimitations of the use of drug testing by employers. By being able to explain these areas of employment law, you will internalize your knowledge and be a more effective manager.
