Critical literature review on the impact of employee turnover on organisational performance

I would like to have a critical literature review of around 2000 words. The purpose of the literature review is to explore the impact of employee turnover on organisational performance. The literature review needs to be logically structured, and MUST conclude with spelling out to the reader what specific research gaps exists that a further research tackle.

 

References should mainly rely on published research articles with less interest in books.
