communicating an analytics project to an internal, technical audience-Challenge/Opportunity: offer necessary details of the organization by appropriately framing the problem; include a footnote to briefly identify the organization and its mission/purpose

Based on the feedback and revise the proposal and make sure keep the revised essay within 750 words

Your submission includes all necessary aspects and meets the expectations for the assignment. My suggestions are

1) remove the table of contents because it is not a very long proposal

2) revise the conclusion to include a call to action and a mention of what next steps are necessary to get started n the proposal and

3) This proposal is lengthier than what is required. Make sure that you meet the 750 words count or a little above, but not too much

4) Your assessment section has to be more clear. Think about the ways in which you will make sure that this proposal is actually working, how are you going to measure its success?

This assignment is an opportunity for students to showcase how they have learned from the feedback they received on their Memos, and to take the next step in communicating an analytics project to an internal, technical audience. Proposals must include:

  • Introduction (Description/Background): prepare a cogent synthesis of the need for the proposal
  • Challenge/Opportunity: offer necessary details of the organization by appropriately framing the problem; include a footnote to briefly identify the organization and its mission/purpose
  • Rationale: explain your solution, articulating how these ideas can be applied to said particular need and why this solution will work
  • Cost Analysis: identify cost, resources required, and expected Return on Investment (quantitative and/or qualitative)
  • Assessment: describe how the project will be evaluated both immediately and over time
  • Conclusion: include a clear and complete call to action

Evaluation: This project will be evaluated on quality, creativity, and professionalism; clarity and organization; succinctness of purpose; clarity of value proposition; and application of course content.
