Policy Analysis Paper

- Briefly describe the issue you have selected. Now, explain how you narrowed your topic and why. Explain.
- Now, describe the evolution of your topic as it relates to state and federal government regulation.
- To describe the evolution of your topic, you may want to consideration one or several of the following questions:
–a.How does the U.S. Constitution affect the state’s government from regulating in this area?
–b. How does the Texas Constitution affect the state’s government from regulating in this area?
–c. How has the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on and defined your topic?
–d. How has the Texas high court ruled on and defined your topic?
–e. How has Texas regulated your issue?
–f. What is (or is not) the proper role of government on your issue?
–g. Conclude your paper by explaining how your research affected your understanding on this issue?
