• Salmonella (non-typhoidal)
• Campylobacter jejuni
• Staphylococcus aureus
• Listeria monocytogenes
• STEC Escherichia coli
• Clostridium perfringens
• Clostridium botulinum
• Bacillus cereus
• Norovirus
• Hepatitis A
• Giardia, Cryptosporidium, and Cyclospora
• Nematodes such as Anisaksis and Trichinella
