Design a sample evaluation plan using the samples posted under Course Documents and below here in Topics (same resources in both places).

Design your evaluation plan and customize it specifically for a natural hazard (tornado) with people trapped under rubble in need of rescue. They are also below as resources. Fill in the plan as a Word document, save and attach. This is a simple activity that will give you an idea of the type of planning that goes into any exercise.

Also open the document entitled “Evaluator Checklist.” This would be used by an observer / evaluator to make comments about what worked and what didn’t. You need not fill out that form, or the “Evaluator Checklist II.” These are for your review and edification.
