You are a member of a project team where Don is the team leader. Don has more years of industry experience than most on the team. However, this is the first time Don has been responsible for leading a team as he usually works independently. Don often ridicules members of the team and barks orders and makes demands in order to reach the set goals. You have heard from other members of the team that they are offended, hurt, and reluctant to produce the work that is required to meet the deadline. You have been tapped by the group to talk to Don.
