Hypothesis
There is a positive relationship between the gender diversity and Financial performance in NZ Listed Companies.

Multivariate regression method
Dependent Variable: Return on Assets
Independent Variable: PWOMEN (women directors divided by total number of directors)
Control Variables:
Board size: Total number of directors
Firm size: Total assets of the firm
Leverage: Total Debt/Total Equity
