Having conducted an interview with a chief administrator (vice president, assistant vice president, dean, etc.) in a community college setting, write a four to five page essay of the interview.
The basic focus of the interview is to ask the chief administrator to share his or her experiences working with a diverse population (students, faculty and staff). Ask the chief administrator to and provide examples of how his or her personal knowledge, influence, or expertise has helped members of the diverse population advance in their community college experience.
