The student will select a CD (or tape or LP) of a jazz album and write a review of it. The focus should be on style, historical data, performance quality, etc. Imagine yourself as an entertainment/arts critic for a newspaper or magazine The review paper will be graded on grammar, form, and neatness in addition to content. All reviews must be typed and double-spaced. The paper should be between 3 and 4 pages in length. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PLAGIARIZE!!
